The CMB supports three different sequencing technologies:
- Sanger Sequencing
- Next Gen Short-read Sequencing by Synthesis
- Direct long read Sequencing
These techniques are available for training or as services to the Smith community.
We consider sequencing projects from non-affiliated academic institutions on a case-by-case basis.
