Your Story in STEM
Created in the fall of 2022, Your Story in STEM spreads awareness about the various journeys pursued by individuals in STEM to motivate the next generation of diverse scientists.
Drawing inspiration from the Humans of NY project created by Brandon Stanton, this project (currently publicized on Instagram) compiles interviews from Smith STEM-disciplined students and faculty, capturing the diversity of Smith’s STEM community through a collection of narratives about how people got introduced to STEM and why it is important to them.
