Episode V
Following the destruction of the Death Star in the previous episode, the Rebel forces have gone into hiding on an icy planet called Hoth. But before long the Empire discovers their location and launches an attack.
The Imperial forces approach the base in giant mechanical walkers, beating back the Rebel defenders. With the main shields disabled, the heroes scatter in different directions. Luke Skywalker travels to a swamp planet to study as a Jedi with an old master named Yoda.
Before Luke's training is complete, his friends are captured by the Empire while attempting to hide in a place called Cloud City. Luke senses that they are in danger and rushes to the rescue. However, he falls into the trap set by Darth Vader, who is waiting for him. After a light saber duel, Luke loses his hand and is nearly killed. At the last minute, he is rescued by Leia, who has escaped in the Millenium Falcon, and they reunite with the remains of the Rebel fleet.
