Filarial Research Materials (Parasite Division) Requisition Form

 
Prior to requesting materials, click here to contact the FR3 Parasite Division for information regarding current availability, time frame of filling requests, and overall limits per PI. Please specify the number of worms, what stage you want and the conditions you want them shipped in.

There are limits on each organism; these are guidelines. If your needs exceed these limits special, pre-arrangements may be made. Please email Mike Dzimianski in advance mdzim@uga.edu.
