2007-2008: In collaboration with MIT Lincoln Laboratory, this student team designed and developed a low-power, low-cost bioaerosol collector.

The team researched existing technologies, prepared a conceptual design to harness solar and wind energy to direct airflow, evaluated multiple collection geometries, built the collector housing and collection geometry, integrated the collector with a measurement and control system, and tested and refined the final prototype to validate performance through collection and elution efficiencies.
