This machine was installed summer 2011 and funded by a generous gift to the Picker Engineering Program from the Branta Foundation.
A vacuum former can draw sheet plastics over a mold (plug) to thermoform many useful shapes. Our machine can work on plastics up to .250 thick and 24 inches square. Many creative uses for this machine. Parts, molds, art objects, theatre props...
