Our most common instrument type is UV-Vis and this is our best one, the Cary 300 with 8 sample holder and temperature control. Can’t hold a candle to a Cary 14.

The Cary 100 uses a simpler optical system so has a bit more stray light.

Basic AA with one lamp and Windows CE OS, does have a D2 Lamp for background correction in the UV.
