Please be on the look out for a new virus which is being sent through email. An email message from support@microsoft.com with one of the following subject lines is most likely a virus and should be deleted.

If you have an instance of one of these messages in your inbox, please use the 'delete and empty' option to dispose of it. If you have inadvertently opened any of these messages, it is possible that your computer is infected. Please contact the User Support Center at 585 4487 for assistance.
Our GroupWise email server does now have the latest virus protection against the new Palym Worm, therefore the chance for infection is small. However, as always, please be aware of unsolicited email.
