This is a mechanism for completely anonymous feedback to me, on any topic whatsoever. The code you type in above (which I've menioned in class, and emailed to your 102b-xx accounts) simply ensures that someone in the class is sending the comments (as opposed to a random person in the world). (If you want to preserve anonymity, do not use your personal quiz code here, but rather the special generic code shared by everyone.) It is technically impossible for me to otherwise know who clicks on the submit button. Whatever you write below will be emailed to my 103b account. Thanks!
