Hint: Remember that there are 16 possible combinations of values for 4 Boolean variables and you have to specify the Z values for every combination.
In part b), also make Karnaugh maps for Z1 and Z3. Write a simplified Boolean Expression if you find the Karnaugh map produces one.
In part c) write the POS form for Z6 and Z7 only.
