2114A - 1024x4 bit Static RAM |
![]() |
Description The 2114A is a 4096-bit static Random Access Memory organized as 1024 words by 4-bits. It uses fully DC stable (static) circuitry throughout, in both the array and the decoding, therefore it requires no clocks or refreshing to operate. Data access is particularly simple since address setup times are not required. The data is read out nondestructively and has the same polarity as the input data. Common input/output pins are provided.

Can substitute:
2148 or 2149 devices. (The 2148 is pin compatible, but much faster. The 2149 is faster and does not support a powerdown mode, which most likely isn't needed in a video game. Check that there isn't a battery backup system to any 2114's or 2148's before substituting 2149's or you might run down your batteries...)
