Collision Detection demos

requires win9x and DirectDraw 5.0+

ccnshow.exe runs the bounding circle collision detection only,
with the bounding circles hidden.

ccshow.exe runs the bounding circle collision detection only,
with the bounding circles not hidden.

cdbc.exe runs the bounding circle check and the naive collision
detection.

cdnc.exe runs only the naive collision detection.

The frame rate counter indicates no change between running with or
without the bounding circle check. I wonder if there are too few
polygons in the world for it to make much of a difference.

The naive collision detection and Rokne's (1992) bounding circle
algorithm are implemented in polygon.cpp.

Thanks to Andre LaMothe for the DirectX wrappers.
