• Discuss PC architecture, and how to configure a dual boot PC
• Discuss Intel Mac architecture, and how to setup reFit dual boot
• Discuss Vmware and virtual machines
• Install VMware player, and Ubuntu?
• Install Ubuntu, repartioning to support dual boot with Windows
• Play around, explore a bit

Day 2

• demo software, office, multimedia, email, IM, graphics.
• Add/update using adept
• discuss root user and the dreaded command prompt
• how to keep your system safe
• other stuff, programming languages, etc.
