Which Course Should I Take?

Free ESRI on-line Courses

Who Should Attend

Our GIS Workshops and Training Classes are designed to meet the needs of Faculty, Students, and Professionals who are leaning GIS for the first time or need to migrate to the latest version of ESRI’s GIS software.

Ideally, you will have an opportunity to use GIS shortly after your training. Otherwise, you should wait for another class. Generally, GIS classes are offered in January, March, May, and October.

Which course should I take?

2 Day

The 2 Day version is the ESRI Authorized course. These courses are primarily software training with brief overviews of GIS concepts.

4 or 5 Day

The 4 or 5 Day course includes the same 2 days of ESRI Authorized Training describe above, 1 day using GPS training, and 1 - 2 days of project work. The project work is designed for you to implement what you learned the previous 3 days. Additional custom demonstrations and learning opportunities are often included to accommodate the specific needs of the students.
