The procedure is as follows:

• open Adobe Acrobat document
• set printing parameters
• Print

For the HP Designjet software, in the Print tab of the Default Settings dialog:

• Select Color Management: Standard Emulation.
• Set the appropriate Media type.
• Set the CMYK ICC input profile to the same profile that was used to convert to CMYK in Photoshop.
• (The output profile is selected automatically by the HP Designjet software.)
• Set the rendering intent to Perceptual (if all images in the document are CMYK, use Colorimetric instead).
