Download CoreFTP Download CoreFTP Note: To connect to WebSci or any server using scp (secure copy) or sftp (secure ftp) protocols, click the SSH/SFTP button (the default) when you create a new "site" Do NOT touch the SSL Options area. To connect to the Science server or most servers using ftp over SSL protocols, click the AUTH SSL button and let it set the SSL Listings and SSL Transfers options (meaning it will also encrypt all file directory listings and the files being transferred) and the OpenSSL option. Do NOT select SSL Direct. The only Advanced option you'll likely want is to change the remote directory that you default into. By the way, CoreFTP can drag and drop directly to/from your desktop if you like, rather than using the directory listing within the program.
