Molecular Biology Summer Workshops Payment Details: Payment is due within three weeks following the receipt of your email acceptance letter. You should begin making arrangements for payment the same day you apply (note: some institutions are slow issuing checks). Late payments will incure a $300 penalty. Registration fees (includes course fee, room and board) :
Checks should be made out to: Molecular Biology Summer Workshops and mailed to Dr. Steven A. Williams at the above address. **Please DO NOT make checks out to Dr. Williams or to Smith College. Financial Aid Application Deadline: February 27, 2009 (Friday). If you need a visa to enter USA, please provide us with proof that you have obtained your visa by May 15, 2009 (Friday) Find more information on financial aid by clicking here. The deadline for the elementary, middle and high school teachers is May 1, 2009 (Friday).
Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the course after having been
accepted, you must notify us immediately by E-mail and/or telephone. A
full reimbursement will be made for cancellations by May 15, 2009 for Session 1 and June 1 for Session 3. Any
cancellation beyond each session's deadline will result in a 2/3 refund and ONLY
IF YOUR PLACE IS FILLED FROM OUR WAITING LIST. This policy is
necessary because we must completely fill each session in order to
"break even" (this is a non-profit course and we need to pay our
bills!). Note:
reimbursements will not be made until September 2009. |
