Project Coach Fellowship


Project Coach Fellows are enrolled in the Smith College M.A.T. program pursuing Massachusetts licensure in their particular discipline while concurrently performing a wide array of activities in the Project Coach program.

Interested candidates should fulfill the following requirements, as well as pursuing the application process for the M.A.T graduate program at Smith College.

The Project Coach Fellowship is designed for students interested in working as Project Coach mentors/supervisors and who also wish to pursue a Master's Degree in the Smith College Education and Child Study Graduate Program. Fellows receive a full tuition waiver for the academic year while enrolled at Smith.

The ideal candidate will be committed to the mission and values of Project Coach, have experience as a college athlete, be able to communicate and motivate youth from diverse backgrounds, and wish to pursue a career in education.
