A few examples of the topics which are covered in our coaching academy are: respecting oneself and one's teammates, attention control, emotional control, conflict resolution, verbal and non-verbal communication, problem recognition and solution, group dynamics and cohesion, and a variety of pedagogical skills including self-presentation as a leader, techniques for explaining and demonstrating activities, and methods of providing meaningful feedback to children engaged in sports.
