Absolute Constant Error:
If we had the following data:
- S1 CE = 20
- S2 CE = 30
- S3 CE = -40
- S4 CE = -10
- Mean Group CE (20+30-40-10)/4 = 0; but no subjects had a CE of 0
ACE = (20+30+40+10) / 4 = 25 which comes closer to reflecting average error in group.
