BreastFest is an interactive information fair, organized by the Smith Breast Health Collective. BreastFest is meant to catalyze a nuanced and multifaceted conversation in the Five College community and beyond about the many issues -- medical, environmental, political and feminist -- surrounding Breast Cancer. Our intent is to stimulate thoughtful debate, critical thinking, and informed activism on these issues through the dissemination of relevant information and analysis. BreastFest will feature interactive activities, food and music, and brings together the members of the SBHC with a number of community partners involved in the various facets of breast cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

BreastFest will take place on Chapin Lawn at Smith College on Friday, April 13th, from Noon to 4 PM. Students, faculty and staff of the Five Colleges, as well as members of the broader Pioneer Valley community are encouraged to attend." [Rain Venue: Scott Gym]

The evening before, April 12th, at 7:00 PM, we are hosting a panel discussion at Weinstein Auditorium, "Faces and Choices," intended as an interactive event. Panelists include:
