QuickAdmin

Welcome to the QuickAdmin page!

QuickAdmin is a new administrative service launched by the Science Center administrative team. We are doing this as test during the spring semester. Depending on results & feedback, we will later decide to modify or discontinue the service.

QuickAdmin is a group of work study students that have been hired to help anybody at the Science Center with simple office tasks. For example, they can help you with:

• Copying
• Posting things on bulletin boards
• Mailings (labels, mail merge, stuffing envelopes)
• Scanning files to PDF or other electronic formats
• Sending faxes
• Running to UPS/Fedex with last minute items
• Other similar tasks

You can interact with the QuickAdmins as follows:

Make sure any requests include your name, exactly what you need, when you need it, where you would like any work or originals sent or brought to, and your contact information in case there are any questions.

QuickAdmin schedule:

• Mondays 8-11 am and 1:30-4:30 pm
• Tuesdays 8-10 am and 12:30-4:30 pm
• Wednesdays 8-9, 10-11 am and 1:30-4:30 pm
• Thursdays 8-10 am and 12:30-4:30 pm
• Fridays 8-11 am and 1:30-4:30 pm
