Science Center Building Schedule

Science Center Open Hours

Monday-Friday 7am to 6pm.

During this time, external doors to Science Center buildings are unlocked. There are no constraints on entry.

Science Center Extended Hours

Monday-Friday 6pm to 11pm and weekends from 8am to 10pm, excluding official Smith holidays.

During Extended Hours, a valid Smith OneCard (newer edition w picture of Campus Center roof) or a valid Visitor's Card is necessary to open the exterior doors to Ford, Sabin-Reed, and Burton. This means any Smith student, staff or faculty (or e.g. 5-college students with a valid Visitor's Card) can get into these card access buildings. Other Science Buildings require a key.

Science Center Any Time Access

Science faculty & staff automatically have card privileges to open external doors of card access buildings 24/7/365, i.e. includes access during all holidays.
