Summer Job Opportunities in 2018 Summer Science and Engineering Program
Dates: June 25-August 4, 2018 (application deadline: February 9, 2018)
Description: Applications are currently available for undergraduate internships in the 2018 Summer Science and Engineering Program (SSEP) for high school girls (http://www.smith.edu/summer/programs_ssep.php). The SSEP is a residential program for high school students designed to enrich and support their achievements in science and engineering. SSEP interns serve as research/teaching assistants to Smith faculty in aeronautics, anatomy, biochemistry, biomedical ethics, computer science, ecology, engineering, electronics, exercise science, genetics, microbiology, neuroscience, psychology and women’s health, as well as residential counselors for the high school students. SSEP Interns receive $11/hr plus room and board during the program. If you have interests and expertise in these fields and would like to experience the rewards of mentoring high school students, please apply.
