Nicholas Howe

Nicholas Howe is a Professor in the Computer Science Department. He earned a Ph.D. in 2001 from Cornell University, with a dissertation on automated image retrieval. His current research interests focus on handwriting, with prior work in tracking of human and other articulated motion in three dimensions. He has taught courses in web design, data structures, and operating systems.
