Judith Cardell

Judith Cardell is an Associate Professor of Computer Engineering, with a joint appointment in the Department of Computer Science and the Picker Engineering Program. She has a Ph.D. in Technology and Policy from the EECS department at MIT, along with a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering and an A.B. in government from Cornell University. She specializes in the analysis and design of complex technical systems, with a focus on the electric power system. She has publications in IEEE Transactions, The Energy Journal and Resource and Energy Economics.
