REU at Washington U. in St. Louis

Washington University in St. Louis is now accepting applications for its Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) Summer Program.  The REU program is an 11-week summer program geared to give undergraduates a taste of research with the hope that they will pursue graduate studies in computer science. Our 2013 program includes several exciting opportunities including (a) 4-Day morning Boot Camp, giving students the computing skills needed for their specific research projects (2) “Meet the Faculty” Lunch Series (3) Research Skills Seminar, to help prepare students to apply to and succeed in graduate school and (4) a final Research Symposium, to present their work to faculty and peers at the end of the summer.

The program is open to all US citizens and residents who have a strong background in computer science. We encourage all students with an interest in computer science (majors, minors, educated hobbyists) to apply.
